Data Driven Artworks

‘Home Away’ is a digital art collection which Caretta Carettas, who perceive Turkey as their ‘home’ in the Mediterranean basin, play the leading roles. This collection that consists of 5 unique works, was created by using geo-location data recorded on the mystical journey of sea turtles, which have been under protection and observation by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change for many years.
